We are proud to offer free shipping.
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of the order date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible; once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After you place your order, allow 1–3 business days for preparation. Once your order has been prepared, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
In exceptional cases an order may take longer than usual due to customs processing or transport incidents. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact our customer service and we will gladly help resolve any issue. We provide a tracking number so you can monitor your order's progress in real time.
Important: all stated times, for both preparation and delivery, are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of an exact arrival date. Some orders arrive earlier than expected; others may take a few extra days because of logistics factors beyond our control, such as customs, transport incidents, or peak-season demand. An order not arriving exactly within the estimated window does not mean it has been lost. If your order significantly exceeds the stated times, contact us and we will provide tracking and full assistance.
